Todays commercial real estate transactions are very complex. Most companies want a real estate agent to represent their interests in the transaction, not the interest of the landlord, or seller. This service is usually provided at no cost to the tenant/buyer. (Certain exceptions apply.) I have spent most of my real estate career representing commercial buyers/tenants in real estate transactions. I have been involved in the leasing, purchasing, and selling, of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties.

 Personal: I am married, and have 2 children, and 4 grandchildren. My family is very important to me. I enjoy interior decorating and theater arts.
